On May 15th, we welcomed approximately 180 guests to our BLM Builder Bash Open House to celebrate a major milestone for our company: our brand-new office space and design studio. The event brought together clients, subcontractors, vendors, employees, family, and friends for an afternoon filled with great food, fun activities, and meaningful connections.

The Builder Bash was more than just an open house. It was an opportunity to thank the people who have helped make BLM Construction what it is today. We are incredibly grateful for the trust our clients place in us, the dedication of our employees, and the strong partnerships we’ve built with our subcontractors and vendors throughout the years.

Guests enjoyed delicious food from local food trucks, including LettUsKnow, Bricker’s Fries, and Sarah’s Creamery. Throughout the day, attendees participated in games, explored our new facility, entered prize giveaways, and spent time networking with others in the construction community.

One of the most exciting features of the event was the opportunity to showcase our new design studio. Created with the client experience in mind, the design studio gives homeowners a dedicated space to explore products, compare selections, and visualize the details that bring their projects to life. From cabinetry and countertops to flooring, tile, roofing, siding, doors, and fixtures, the studio allows clients to make informed decisions while seeing materials firsthand.

The response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, and we were thrilled to share this exciting new resource with our community.

The event also featured several door prize giveaways, including our Rep the Brand, Built to Last, Chill Zone, Grill Master, and Kitchen Collection prize packages. We would like to extend a special thank you to Down East Granite for generously donating one of the featured door prize baskets. Their continued support, partnership, and commitment to excellence have helped make both our design studio and Builder Bash a success.
