Once we have a proposal amount and have presented it to you, that is the point where we would apply. Your estimator will gather information from you and input it into the secure phone application. Your result will appear in less than 5 minutes.

Q: Is this a hard pull on my credit?
A: Yes, it is. This will lower your score by two points, and it will recover in 30 days. Even if you make several applications, the hard pull on your credit will only be once per 30 days.

Traditional Bank Financing

We are an approved contractor with several local and national banks, which results in a quick and easy loan process. Some of these banks include, but are not limited to, Wells Fargo, Northwest, ACNB, Truist, CrossCountry Mortgage, GMH Mortgage Services, and First National. We will work with any bank and become an approved contractor with them. Traditional bank financing options include:
