Brick Four Seasons Room

What the Customer Wanted: This customer was looking to add a nice place to enjoy their backyard view all year round. They decided to enclose their existing patio and create a four seasons room.

What We Did: BLM Construction & Remodeling framed around the existing patio and underneath existing roof. We then drywalled, painted, trimmed, suggested the appropriate window sizes, installed windows, and installed doors. We also installed a mini split HVAC system, and electrical outlets. On the exterior we built a brick knee high wall and trimmed with Azek.

Challenges: One challenge on this job was matching the brick and mortar color to the existing home.

Screened In Sunroom

What the Customer Wanted: This customer wanted to enjoy outside weather without dealing with the intense heat or cold, bugs, and rain. They decided to contact BLM Construction & Remodeling to build a screened in porch off the back of their house.

What We Did: We dug and poured footers, built framing, and installed siding. We tied the roof of the screened in sunroom to the house. We also purchased and installed custom screens and screen doors. Finally, we constructed wooden entry steps with railing.

Challenges: One challenge on this job was working around the overhead electric line.

Large Composite Deck & Sunroom

What the Customer Wanted: This customer wanted their existing deck demoed and replaced with a new deck, stairway, and sunroom. They wanted to construct a large outdoor entertainment space and sunroom with the lowest amount of maintenance.

What We Did: We demoed the existing deck in less than 3 days. We then dug holes, set posts, framed the sunroom, framed the deck, ran decking, and insulated the sunroom, installed aluminum rails, installed windows and siding, put up drywall, painted, ran trim, and electric.

Challenge: The deck and sunroom is 8 ft. off ground.
