UFC Gym: BLM Construction & Remodeling was hired to do the vanilla box and tenant build-out for this UFC Gym. We started by demoing four existing stores (a beauty school, Lenscrafters, Men’s Warehouse, and Brenemans Tailoring) to make one, open, 18000 square foot space. We demoed all the walls, demising walls, ceiling, concrete block, demising, plumbing, hvac ductwork, and electric.
Key Challenges: One challenge on this job was determining which walls were weight bearing and which ones were not.
Fun Fact: This is the first Signature UFC Gym (18,000 square foot plus) built in Pennsylvania.
