Jacob Mease joined the BLM Construction team in 2022 as a carpenter and quickly proved himself as a dedicated and detail-oriented leader. His strong work ethic and eye for quality helped him grow into his current role as a job manager, where he’s successfully managed over 80 projects from start to finish. Known for his hands-on approach and problem-solving skills, Jacob keeps every job running smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys fishing, cars, lifting, golf, bowling, and practicing in CAD. Among his proudest personal achievements are earning a hole-in-one in golf and bowling a perfect 300 game.
