Rear Home Deck, Stairs, and Block Patio

What the Customer Wanted: This customer wanted to extend their deck to their covered patio in order to created a relaxing outdoor space and large entertaining area. BLM Construction suggested building the patio with block and constructing a steel beam support system underneath the patio.

What We Did: BLM Construction & Remodeling performed the excavated, poured footers, installed block, added stairs, installed the steel beams, poured concrete, and finally installed the block railings.

Fun Fact: Thanks to the steel beam design, there is actually large storage room underneath the patio

Rear Home Composite Deck & Sunroom

What the Customer Wanted: This customer wanted their existing deck demoed and replaced with a new deck, stairway, and sunroom. They wanted to construct a large outdoor entertainment space and sunroom with the lowest amount of maintenance. We suggested composite decking and aluminum rails for low maintenance.

What We Did: BLM Construction & Remodeling demoed the existing deck in less than 3 days. We then dug holes, set posts, framed the sunroom, dreamed the deck, ran decking and insulated the sunroom, installed aluminum rails, installed windows and siding, put up drywall, painted, ran trim, and electric.

Challenge: The deck and sunroom is 8ft off ground.

Hot Tub Deck

What the Customer Wanted: This customer wanted to expand their patio with a deck in order to sit a hot tub and grill.

What We Did: BLM Construction & Remodeling made sure to design the deck so it would be structurally sound in order to sit a hot tub. We then excavated the existing hill, dug holes, set posts, framed the deck, ran composite decking, and finally ran railing. We also completed the exterior landscaping.

Challenge: One challenge on this project was matching the new deck to the fall of the existing patio.
