Multilevel Farmhouse Vinyl Siding

What the Customer Wanted: This customer wanted to update their multiple level farmhouse because the wood was rotting and falling apart. They decided to install vinyl siding over their existing T1-11.

What We Did: BLM Construction & Remodeling, LLC installed new vinyl siding around the entire house. This included aluminum trim.

Challenges: One challenge on this job was the height of the building.

What the Customer Wanted: This customer had a leaking roof and old siding. They were looking to install a fresh roof and brand new siding.

What We Did: BLM Construction & Remodeling removed the old siding and roof. We then installed new, 30 year, shingles and vinyl siding with aluminum trim. We also Installed new gutters and downspouts

Challenges: One challenge on this project was flashing around the skylight.

Window and House Face Remodel

What the Customer Wanted: This customer was experiencing water leaking into the house around the front door and window. They wanted to not only fix the leak, but remove the exterior trim and install new siding and a new window. We suggested a single window instead of multi window unit t avoid even the slightest chance of a future leak.

What We Did: BLM Construction & Remodeling tore off the old siding and trim. We then took out the old window and framed in a new window opening. Finally we installed the new siding.
