Chad joined the BLM Construction & Remodeling, LLC team as a Job Manager. He and his wife, Jen, have three children, Reagan, Leighton, and Carson, along with their dog, Mack.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys coaching baseball, spending time with his family, attending sprint car races, cheering on Ohio State, and following Cleveland sports. His greatest accomplishment is being a father, and one of his proudest professional achievements was being named Frito-Lay’s Sales Representative of the Year.

Before joining BLM, Chad worked as a pipe layer and on a dirt crew for Abel Construction. He has also completed home improvement projects of his own, including installing a fireplace and building custom built-ins.

Chad is excited to be part of a growing company where he can work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment alongside a team that shares his passion for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
