In 2001, BLM Construction & Remodeling, LLC was started by Barry L. Mease to provide residential and commercial construction services to homeowners and business owners in the York, Adams, Lancaster, Cumberland, Dauphin, and Lebanon counties. Over the course of 20 years, BLM has grown into a team of driven professionals with an experienced crew of local subcontractors and vendors.

As a design build contractor, we will work with existing plans or provide a comprehensive design build solution. When it comes to providing the ideal construction experience, our team is all about transparency and quality craftsmanship. Our seasoned estimators, job managers, in-house craftsmen, subcontractors, and vendors take projects to the next level.

We pride ourselves not only in quality work but quality communication. Each project is assigned to a job manager who keeps the customer updated and informed throughout the duration of their project. In addition, our customers have 24/7 access to BuilderTrend, an online tool featuring their project’s estimate, pictures, invoices, and more.
