Sherry Baer joined the BLM Construction & Remodeling LLC team as our controller and HR manager. Sherry is blessed with two children, Michelle and Nicole, five grandchildren, and two fur babies, Peyton and Heidi. She dedicates one of her proudest accomplishments to raising two beautiful girls as a single mom and seeing how they’ve become amazing women. In her spare time, she enjoys designing, landscaping, decorating, and attending her grandkid’s sporting events. 

Sherry has an associate’s degree in medical assisting and has experience working for the county government in the legal field and administration. She also holds a Pennsylvania real estate license from working with a consulting company to address property tax appeals for industrial and commercial properties.
