Dodie is our part-time administrative assistant and joined the BLM Construction team in August 2026. She brings more than 57 years of experience from AAA’s corporate headquarters, where she worked as a manager of member records. One of her proudest accomplishments was being named AAA’s Employee of the Year in 1998.

Dodie is a widow with three stepchildren and one grandson. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, shopping, and interior decorating. She especially enjoyed building her own home and choosing all of the finishes, making her a natural fit for the BLM team!
