Jen joined BLM Construction, LLC as VP of Admin and Financing. Jen is married to her husband, Chad, together they have 3 children, and a dog named Mack. Jen has been a coach for Springboard Diving at Dover Area High School for 15 years. In high school she was a 4 year All-State Springboard Diver and held many records. In her downtime you will find her traveling for her children’s baseball games and gymnastics.

Jen is passionate about  about BLM Construction because she has worked along side the company in many capasities through the years. She has worked in the banking industry for 18.5 years. She was a Branch Manager for 17 years and also was a portfolio manager for Commercial Real Estate.
