This month, we are spotlighting one of our job managers, Ross! We asked Ross a few questions about what he enjoys doing both at home and at the office. Here’s what he had to say:

What do you like most about your job?
Being able to set your own schedule day-to-day and not being on a computer inside 40 hrs. per week.

What is one quality that sets BLM Construction apart from competitors?
Going the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy with the end result.

What have you gained working at BLM?
I’ve gained many relationships with good people, both coworkers and subcontractors.

What are your hobbies?
Fishing, hiking, and camping.

What is at the top of your bucket list?
Getting married to my fience in 2022.

Where is your favorite place to go in York, PA?
Central Market for lunch.
